He also made sure the timing was coordinated so the buyer (a first time buyer) was able to transfer the utilities vs reconnect them. At the closing we remarked how great of a realtor Matt is. Literally, after we listed the property all we had to do was sign the necessary paperwork and show up for the closing with the keys.
